Best ever camping experience ever. 5/5 rate for cleaning. Adequate services were there. The only thing that isn't there is network since it is an eco-sensitive zone. The staff is super supportive. They Holiday Park Chopta Camp provide you with solar lamps for the night as that area is all solar powered. The view is awesome, especially in bright sunshine. I had completed this trek on April 14. It was a wonderful and memorable trip I have ever made till now. The trek was around 29 km. Plan is below Rishikesh -> Rudra Prayag -> Ukhimath -> Saari (Village) = By road transport Saari -> Dorethal (Beautiful scenic views of Bhadhrinath and Kedharnath hills with snow) -> Chopta (18 km continuous trek) -> Thungnath temple hill -> Chandhrashila peak = By trek with 2 night stays with 1 day in Holiday Park Chopta Camp. After getting to the peak, my feeling was awesome. Since this was my first trek, I enjoyed a lot. Thanks to my friends for this trip. The campsite at Holiday Park Chopta Camp was exceptional, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We booked Holiday Park Chopta Camp for my family of 8 adults and 5 children for 3 nights and 4 days. It was really the wise decision to choose out of other properties in Chopta. We have stayed at many camps in Uttarakhand (Rishikesh & Dhanolti), but I felt Holiday Park Chopta Camp was the best campsite ever I've seen in Uttarakhand, even in India. In front of the tents, there is a mini Bugiyal, and on three sides, it is surrounded by an evergreen forest. One can spend the entire day sitting in front of a tent, looking at the jungle and listening to the notes of birds and enjoying the view of Greater Himalaya. The staff was very polite, and the services were good. The local food, especially zangore ki kheer, was really tasty. It was the first experience for my family to stay at a camp. They enjoyed adventure activities and obstacle courses at the camp. The tents were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of activities. The peaceful and serene environment made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We are looking forward to our next trip and highly recommend this campsite to others.
Holiday Park Chopta Camp is surrounded by a good view of the Himalayas and greenery all over. The camp is so beautiful, warm, clean, and safe as well. We had amazing food - rajma chawal, paneer, chapati ghee, salad, papad, dal, and tea coffee with cookies. They make food on a desi-chulha. They have veg and non-veg facilities both. The staff is very helpful and supportive; they will tell you everything about this place, its history, culture, best viewpoints, and more. They have a big and comfy dining hall; they don't allow eating inside the tent. The view is so catchy in the morning, so don't forget to get up early for sunrise; it's so pleasing. We went on trekking and enjoyed the bonfire as well. We didn't think we would enjoy this place this much; it was unlimited fun. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were impressive, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every aspect of our stay. We are going to come again very soon for this beautiful view of the Himalayas from Alpine and the warm hospitality of the staff.
